Our Account Inquiry portal, bill payment system, the My Washington Gas App, walk-in offices, social media support and call center will be closed Thursday May 23rd through Monday May 27th, for system maintenance. Be aware that your routine account maintenance through self-service will not be available during this time.

    In our ever expanding effort to provide unparalleled customer service, Washington Gas developed this Account Inquiry portal to assist our remittance processor partner with applying otherwise unidentifiable payments to Washington Gas accounts.

    By providing a means for our payment processing partner to locate a customer within our system we are able to apply customer payments in a more timely manner.
